Job Summary
Oral Douyin E2E Intern stationed in Shanghai tasked with end-to-end data analysis and content optimization across Douyin platforms. Responsibilities include daily/weekly data reviews for two DP projects and eight Douyin live rooms, organizing multi-channel data, benchmarking across live rooms, analyzing short video data for draw and conversion, and delivering optimization recommendations to empower content and conversion improvements. Additional duties cover cross-channel competitive data tracking for Douyin, DingTalk/Xiaohongshu/weChat Video accounts, platform-article performance analysis, and cross-platform data research to inform internal operations and marketing decisions. Key skills include proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions), strong data sensitivity, and the ability to distill actionable conclusions from data; attention to detail, strong execution, and prior experience with competitive research and content review are preferred. Weekly internship commitment of at least 4 days.
