Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Elmhurst Hospital Center seeks two part-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons to join our expanding team (16 hours and 24 hours per week). The role focuses on orthognathic surgery, bone regeneration and implantology within an academic-affiliated clinical setting. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive surgical care, supervising and mentoring oral and maxillofacial residents and students, utilizing operating room privileges for complex procedures, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes, participating in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, continuing education activities, supporting community service events, and promoting the hospital's mission. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical abilities, teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and demonstrate experience in orthognathic surgery, bone regeneration and implantology; a potential faculty appointment may be available based on credentials and qualifications.
