Provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care including orthognathic surgery, bone regeneration, and implantology; supervise and mentor residents and students within the clinic; utilize operating room privileges to perform complex procedures; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes; participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education; potential for a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, commensurate with credentials and experience.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Board eligible or board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- New York State License
- DEA number
- Medicaid number
- Strong clinical abilities
- Teaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in orthognathic surgery, bone regeneration and implantology
