Job Summary
Two part-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons join the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Elmhurst Hospital Center to expand orthognathic, bone regeneration and implantology services. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive surgical care (orthognathic, bone regeneration, implantology), supervising and mentoring residents and students, utilizing operating room privileges for complex procedures, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, participating in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education, and potential for a faculty appointment commensurate with credentials and experience.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- board eligible/board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
