Job Summary
Provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care including orthognathic surgery, bone regeneration and implantology; supervise and mentor oral and maxillofacial residents and students within the clinic; utilize operating room privileges to perform complex procedures; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes; participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives and continuing education; potential for a faculty appointment commensurate with credentials and experience.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- board eligible or board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- valid New York State License
- DEA number
- Medicaid number
- strong clinical abilities
- teaching experience
- experience in orthognathic surgery, bone regeneration and implantology
