Job Summary
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon opportunity at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. Join a full-scope academic OMFS practice with emphasis on maxillofacial trauma, dentoalveolar and implant surgery, corrective jaw surgery, cleft palate, TMJ, and reconstructive procedures. Role includes teaching residents, potential involvement in research, and time designation for academic activities. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE oral and maxillofacial surgeon
- Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or dual-degree DMD/DDS
- State license: Pennsylvania
- academic CODA-accredited OMFS practice experience or eligibility
- teaching and research involvement preferred
- in-office sedation and complex surgical skills
- ability to collaborate across departments
