Job Summary
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon sought for a well-established, physician-owned, full-scope OMS private practice with multiple locations. The role includes handling a busy patient schedule with a focus on comprehensive procedures such as wisdom teeth extraction, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, maxillofacial trauma management, dental implant surgeries (including All-on-4 and zygomatic implants), and anesthesia support with available CRNA services. Practice features include CBCT, IOS, robotic guided surgery, integrated EMR, E-prescribing, four dedicated operating room suites, and opportunities for level 1 trauma call within a hospital system. Applicants should be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, board certified/eligible by ABOMS, capable of working independently, and willing to share call responsibilities across office and hospital/trauma patients. The practice emphasizes a four-day work week, strong staff support, and a growth-oriented environment in Berks County, PA (approximately 1 hour from Philadelphia).
Required Qualifications
- License to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Board certified/board eligible by ABOMS
- Ability to provide surgical services at multiple offices and hospital settings
- Contribute to quality surgical care
- Pennsylvania Dental License
- Willing to share call responsibility for office and hospital/trauma patients
- Single or Dual Degree OMS
- Located in Berks County, PA (publicized location) or able to practice across PA
