Job Summary
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon sought to lead Desert Oral Surgery's Palm Springs location with a clear pathway to partnership. Responsibilities include leading and growing a practice with experienced collaboration and mentorship from nearby surgeons, maintaining high-quality patient care, participating in Level 1 trauma center call (approximately one week on and four weeks off) with a daily stipend and collections-based compensation, leveraging dedicated marketing support and referral development, and utilizing state-of-the-art digital technology to deliver full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgical care. The candidate must hold or be pursuing board certification, possess an active or attainable California dental license, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to support growth and patient care in a private-practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
- Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or actively pursuing certification
- Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care
