Job Summary
Oral and maxillofacial surgeon needed to lead a Palm Springs location with clinical independence in a private-practice setting. Opportunity includes a $500k base salary guarantee with significant collections-based compensation, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and a defined pathway to partnership. Role supports a full-scope surgical practice with state-of-the-art technology, dedicated marketing/referral development, trauma-call coverage, and collaboration with nearby partner practices. Strong emphasis on leadership, mentorship, and growing the practice within the Desert Oral Surgery network; board-certified or board-eligible candidates with a California license and completed OMFS residency encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care
