Drive architectural decisions, mentor the team, gather requirements via workshops, and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities CCB required; advanced proficiency in software design and solutions recommended. Lead rate case and regulatory-change initiatives aiming for completion by end of 2026. This hybrid role is based in Tampa, FL with 3 days/week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing (Rates) as application architect/designer/techno-functional consultant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- Bonus points if you have Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing - any specialty
