Job Summary
Oracle Utilities Applications Solution Architect responsible for assessing and advising on big rock items to enable C2M transformation, collaborating with clients and delivery teams to craft deliverable solutions, and applying in-depth Oracle Utilities knowledge (Customer Care & Billing, C2M Back/Front Office) with skills in requirements analysis, solution architecture, and cost/pricing planning. Requires at least 3 days per week in the office with Tampa as preferred location; strong advisory and cross-team collaboration capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing as solution architect/designer/techno-functional consultant
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle Utilities C2M Back Office as solution architect/designer/techno-functional consultant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
