Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for Oracle TRCS to meet enterprise-level tax reporting requirements; partner closely with Tax and Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements into system solutions; support tax provisioning, statutory reporting, and compliance activities using Oracle TRCS; assist with data integration, validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks within the TRCS platform; diagnose and resolve application and data-related issues, providing reliable production support and ensuring timely resolution; collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver outcomes within tight timelines and service commitments; support system enhancements, version upgrades, and change requests to continuously improve Oracle TRCS functionality.
