Job Summary
Lead the overall design, integration, and technical oversight of Oracle-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and federal standards. Develop system architecture, guide technology selection, and oversee solution design documents to maintain scalability, security, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications while supporting requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, and configuration management planning. Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, including design reviews, risk assessments, and migration planning, serving as a key advisor to Program Managers. Validate that solutions meet performance and compliance targets, ensuring interoperability with existing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience managing large‐scale federal financial management or IT modernization projects
- Experience leading multi‐disciplinary teams and overseeing complex system implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and federal contract administration
- US Citizenship
- The ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
