Job Summary
Maintain and administer Siebel CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations while ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new features to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Document system configurations and update process guidelines to aid future troubleshooting and enhancements. Preferred Skills include integration technologies like EAI, EIM, and web services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM administration
- Proficiency in Siebel tools, scripting, and system architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred Skills: Experience with integration technologies like EAI, EIM, and web services
- Knowledge of data modeling and database management systems
