Oracle SCM-Procurement Functional Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) support and implementation activities across AMS, Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management modules. Execute requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support while preparing Functional Design Documents. Manage L2/L3 incidents, root cause analysis, change requests, and Oracle Service Requests, coordinating with technical teams on RICEFW enhancements and data flows. Ensure seamless integration between SCM and Finance modules within the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes. Requires 6–8 years of hands-on experience and a BE/B Tech/MCA degree.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) across AMS, Support, or Implementation projects
- Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub (SDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH), and Service Contracts
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Hands-on experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and coordinating with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW)
- Strong experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change requests, and Oracle Service Request (SR) management
- Good understanding of Oracle APIs, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs, and data flow across Oracle EBS SCM modules
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and integration between SCM and Finance modules
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub (SDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH), and Service Contracts (preferred)
