Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle of global supply chain solutions, managing requirements gathering, SIT, UAT, and go-live for Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS modules across Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement, and Order Management. Own complex integrations, custom PaaS solutions, and strategic process optimization for warehouse transformation and inventory productivity. Mentor consultants, refine industry-specific accelerators, and drive cross-functional teams through global rollouts in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Requires 12+ years in supply chain and 10+ years as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect. Jade Global supports employee wellbeing with health policies and leave donation programs.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations
- at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning)
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades)
- Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations
- Active Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud)
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
- Managing global rollout projects across diverse geographical regions (USA, Europe, Asia)
- Delivering significant business process improvements
- MBA (or PGDM) in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a premier institution
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
