Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary
Lead discovery workshops to capture end-to-end supply chain requirements and perform fit-gap analyses against standard Oracle SCM functionalities. Author critical artifacts including requirement specs, solution design documents, and configuration workbooks while configuring primary modules across Dev, Test, and Prod environments. Drive delivery milestones such as conference room pilots, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, then coordinate data migration, cleansing, and validation for items, suppliers, and purchase orders. Deliver end-user training, build manuals, and guide teams through change management while providing post-go-live stabilization and ongoing functional support. Collaborate with technical teams to specify RICEFW and OIC object requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics functions.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant
- Must have completed at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle EBS SCM
- Deep functional knowledge in at least 3–4 of the following SCM modules: Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Oracle Purchasing / Cloud Procurement, Oracle Order Management & Advanced Pricing, Product Information Management (PIM), Oracle Cost Management, Oracle Supply Chain Planning / Demand Management
- Basic to intermediate hands-on experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher reports
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis capability
- Ability to operate independently as a workstream lead with minimal supervision
