Job Summary
Oversee financial accounting processes, fixed-asset lifecycle administration, and end-to-end solution integrity within Oracle ERP Cloud. Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance adherence, and streamlined asset management while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional SMEs. Lead workshops, define functional requirements, and drive best practices to deliver scalable, compliant financial solutions across core finance modules. This Lead Senior Manager role requires 15+ years of industry experience and extensive Oracle Cloud expertise in General Ledger and Fixed Assets. U.S. citizenship is required, and government clearance may be necessary. Base pay ranges from $148,800 to $306,500 USD depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E‐Business Suite in General Ledger and Fixed Assets
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, fixed‐asset lifecycle processes, and period‐close operations
- Hands‐on experience configuring R2R and A2R modules, designing process flows, and conducting UAT
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and documentation abilities
- Experience leading workshops and cross‐functional teams in a complex, multi‐stakeholder environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- U.S. Citizenship
- The ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules and integrations
- Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle Cloud modules as designated by project
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
