Job Summary
Plan, design, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions while identifying areas for improvement in installed enterprise applications. Gather client requirements, analyze findings, and manage large engagements or assist with smaller ones as needed. Work with internal teams to create transformational designs and architectural visions that address client needs, driving best practice implementation approaches aligned to Oracle. Review and verify designs against specifications, ensuring demonstrated functionality supports project findings. Monitor the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies and provide technical guidance across the full project lifecycle from scoping to post go-live.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Human Resources
- Human Capital Management
- Talent Management
- Core HR
- Minimum 1-2 years Cloud exposure
- Relevant Degree
- Oracle Cloud certification specialising in HCM
- Certification in one functional area of application
- Demonstrated experience working in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Experience working across project lifecycles from scoping to post go-live
- Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system
- Demonstrated experience of business processes and associated technology
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical guidance for the planning, design implementation of enterprise applications
- Implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Products
