Job Summary
Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Primavera Cloud to support USACE PROMIS project and portfolio management needs. Manage user provisioning, workflows, dashboards, and reporting while validating schedule data, business rules, and outputs aligned with project delivery requirements. Assist with integrations, data exchanges, testing, defect resolution, and release readiness to ensure production support and operational adoption. Develop user guidance and training materials to enable effective use of PROMIS and Primavera-related processes. Work in a government contract environment to align platform capabilities with USACE project delivery business processes and strengthen system usability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, information systems, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise project management or project controls platforms in a professional environment
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Primavera solutions, including Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and/or Primavera P6
- Experience with project controls, scheduling, reporting, and system administration in a capital projects, construction, or program delivery environment
- Ability to gather requirements, support configuration, participate in testing, and assist with production support and issue resolution
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a government contract environment and meet applicable access, background, or security requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document processes, support users, and contribute to operational readiness
- Ability to work effectively across functional, technical, and stakeholder groups in support of project delivery objectives
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with USACE PROMIS, USACE project delivery practices, or other federal project/program management environments
- Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud modernization, migration, workflow enablement, dashboards, or reporting enhancements
- Exposure to integrations, data exchanges, and cross-functional collaboration among business, technical, and project controls teams
- Experience creating user guides, job aids, training materials, and supporting end-user adoption
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Primavera, PMP, PMI-SP, or related project controls credentials
- Oracle Primavera Cloud or Primavera P6 certification
- PMP, PMI-SP, or other relevant project controls / scheduling certification
- Relevant federal, construction management, or systems administration training
