Job Summary
Oracle Primavera Cloud Administrator to configure, deploy, and optimize the OPC platform in the USACE PROMIS environment. Responsible for admin/configuration, user provisioning, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and routine system administration; provide project controls and scheduling support, validate schedule data and outputs, assist with integrations, data exchanges, testing, defect resolution, and release readiness; coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and adoption; develop user guidance and training materials to enable effective use of PROMIS and Primavera-related processes; requires hands-on Oracle Primavera experience and ability to operate in a government contract setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, information systems, business, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Primavera solutions (OPC and/or Primavera P6)
- Experience with project controls, scheduling, reporting, and system administration in capital projects, construction, or program delivery environments
- Ability to gather requirements, support configuration, participate in testing, and assist with production support and issue resolution
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a government contract environment and meet applicable access or security requirements
