Job Summary
Capture business requirements and conduct solution design in Oracle Cloud PLM, including fit-gap analysis, prototypes, and walk-throughs with user groups. Demonstrate standard business processes to client user groups and document test cases and data migration methodologies for master and transactional elements. Configure CRP, test, and production environments while designing detailed CEMLI objects and preparing key user training courseware. Raise service requests with Oracle Support and liaise with cross-workstream leads to ensure end-to-end solution validity. Conduct user acceptance workshops to assist clients in executing test cases and record results for evidencing completion. Migrate and reconcile master and transactional data during various phases, including customer acceptance.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience as a PLM SME and an Architect
- at least 3 Oracle PLM (Agile & Cloud) implementations
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- customer facing skills
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes across manufacturing and global supply chain businesses
- Good understanding of Cloud delivery methodology
- Ability to design and deliver client workshops
- Good experience of working with clients based in Europe and USA
- Ability to deliver quality deliverables in both remote and on-site working mode
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of broad skilled resources in Oracle
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud layers and use cases for industries
