Job Summary
Configure, administer, and maintain Oracle OSS platforms including OSM, UIM, ASAP, SOM, and Design Studio for telecommunications service fulfillment. Implement order management, service provisioning, and inventory workflows while developing integrations between enterprise systems and third-party applications. Build automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and support software releases, upgrades, and production deployments. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root cause analysis to maintain agreed SLAs. Collaborate with technical, network, and integration teams to resolve complex operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requires 5+ years of experience in Oracle OSS and strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C++.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ yrs
- 3+ years of professional experience in Oracle OSS application design, development, administration, or integration
- Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle OSS products such as OSM, UIM, ASAP, SOM, or Design Studio
- Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Java, Python, or C++
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL, preferably with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Strong understanding of telecom service fulfillment, order management, provisioning, and inventory concepts
- Familiarity with network management principles and network protocols
- Understanding of enterprise application integration and system-to-system communication
- Experience with production support, troubleshooting, release management, and root cause analysis
- Good English communication skills, with B1+ proficiency or above
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and ownership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to OSS platform upgrades, transformation projects, automation, or DevOps practices
- Experience working within large-scale telecommunications environments
