Job Summary
The Oracle NetSuite Business Analyst will be responsible for enhancing business solutions via NetSuite ERP, including customization of records, fields, and forms, and building and updating dashboards. This role demands hands-on experience with NetSuite, making the candidate a subject matter expert for the Order-to-Cash process. The responsibilities include workflow creation, leadership in design and implementation, custom field deployment, and ensuring quality releases through rigorous testing. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of NetSuite experience either as a business analyst or functional analyst
- Act as subject matter expert for a specific area of NetSuite with process of Order-to-Cash
- Workflow creation and revisions
- Provide leadership and have architectural influence of design, implementation, and support of NetSuite
- Custom field creation and deployment
- Ensure quality releases with testing lifecycle
- Very strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to proactively problem solve
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RESTlet SuiteScript customizations for application and workflow integration
- Experience with SDF (SuiteCloud Development Framework)
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with golf is a bonus
