客戶服務工程師(新竹)

Conduct machine maintenance and repair for client sites while maintaining client relationships. Assist with business sales promotion and drive revenue through consumable and paper sales. Collect and relay client information feedback to support product improvement. Perform on-site troubleshooting and ensure equipment operational readiness. This role supports our新竹 team in delivering comprehensive after-sales service and driving growth through direct client engagement.
