Job Summary
Design and implement Oracle ICM Cloud solutions, configuring compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop scalable solution designs and create integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore teams while supporting testing, UAT, production support, and performance tuning. Participate in pre-sales activities and customer demos. Requires 10+ years of Oracle ICM Cloud experience with Oracle CX Cloud knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills.

- Oracle CX Cloud knowledge
- ICM configuration & transaction processing
- REST/SOAP integrations & Oracle Integration Cloud
- SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and guide teams
