Oracle Health Client Leader

Provide onsite leadership for associates involved in development, design, and optimization of technical information system platforms for IT Managed Services clients. Build professional partnerships within Oracle Health and with client leaders to drive technology strategy development, financial planning, and alignment of client goals with current IP capabilities. Establish projects, goals, and objectives that advance client imperatives while fostering collaboration across technology communities. Lead and direct teams to achieve operational targets, establish metrics to track progress, and influence diverse stakeholder groups to accept policies and procedures. Identify and lead quality and process improvement initiatives, deliver training and feedback to encourage associate growth, and own decision-making for staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.
