Job Summary
Provide technical support and development for Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reports covering modules like Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Performance, and Taleo. Analyze client requirements to develop productive solutions and mentor junior team members to build their technical skills. Confirm delivery of solutions that align with business needs while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance project effectiveness. Utilize critical thinking to solve technical challenges and monitor performance of implemented solutions for continuous improvement. Uphold professional standards in every technical deliverable. As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you will support various Acceleration Center services through challenging projects designed to grow technical and professional skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of overall experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cloud HCM
- Strong HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader & SQL knowledge
- Experience developing at least 10 to 12 integrations / Reports / Fast Formula in real-time projects
- Good knowledge on how conversion works in HCM Modules
- Good experience in working with client / USA counterparts
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications
- Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements to Oracle cloud functionality
- Client-facing experience
- Good general IT skills
- Excellent Communication both verbal & Written
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Skilled in HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader & SQL
- Developing integrations, reports, and Fast Formula
- Understanding HCM module conversion processes
- Collaborating with clients to identify business needs
- Providing technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM
- Demonstrating client-facing experience
- Excelling in communication, both verbal and written
- Possessing general IT skills
