Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Strong knowledge of HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader & SQL
- Experience developing integrations, reports, and Fast Formula
- Experience with conversion processes in HCM modules
- Client-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good IT skills
- Travel willingness
