Job Summary
Lead the technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions for People & Culture, including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation modules. Own end-to-end solution design, configuration, development, integrations, and reporting while ensuring adherence to GTech SDLC standards, requirements traceability, and stage-gate governance. Direct internal teams and external system integrators through design reviews, impact analysis, and execution of unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, coordinate cutover execution, and act as a technical advisor on capabilities and roadmap considerations. Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Mergers & Acquisitions teams to design data migration solutions for onboarding acquired firms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise HCM solutions

- Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations
