Job Summary
Oversee multiple HCM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide managerial oversight and leadership to a team of functional consultants and leads, utilizing deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules to guide project teams. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, while driving business development by engaging with the presales team to provide sophisticated solutions and precise effort estimations for new prospects. This hybrid role in Makati requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and end-to-end implementation projects.
