Oracle HCM functional Talent+ Learning + ORC

Oracle HCM functional Talent, Learning & ORC Senior Associate responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting modules within Oracle Fusion HCM. Provides end-to-end AMS support including incidents, SRs, enhancements, configurations, and post-go-live support; collaborates with HR to align talent strategy with workforce planning; supports performance cycles, hiring processes, and learning programs; manages talent profiles, competencies, rating models, and career development frameworks; ensures compliant, high-quality services in a client-facing, fast-paced AMS environment. Requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS experience, and the ability to work independently. 6+ years in Oracle HCM Talent, Learning, and ORC modules; knowledge of ITIL/Service Management; Bachelor’s degree; willingness to work in India with multiple locations (Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur).
