Job Summary
Maintain business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Consult and sustain HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud, utilizing OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience while reviewing release notes and conducting impact analysis. Implement software solutions through design, development, and troubleshooting of technical products, applications, or systems. Complete functional testing to minimize defects and apply lessons learned to limit production defects. Provide clear communication and timely responses, ensuring security and release processes are followed to reduce risk. Protect data privacy and maintain regulatory compliance while validating enterprise-authorized AI capabilities used for infrastructure analysis. Collaborate with Oracle on service requests and meet design deliverables with consistent follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 2+ years applied experience
- Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following security and data handling expectations
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- At least 2 year of experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

- Exposure to Oracle HCM ORC
- BE/BTech background
