Job Summary
Lead functional delivery for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud projects, specializing in UK/EU and US Payroll modules alongside Absences. Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions while configuring rules, eligibility, workflows, and validations. Manage data migration via HDL and FBDI, oversee environment setup across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD, and support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness. Handle quarterly patch testing and regression cycles while managing stakeholders across US, EU, and UK time zones. Requires 5–10 years of experience with Fast Formula, Core HR fundamentals, and functional/techno-functional ownership. Immediate joiners only for hybrid or remote shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years relevant experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM / Cloud functional experience
- Knowledge of Fast Formula and concerned Legislation
- Core HR foundation
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one module: Payroll (UK/EU) or Payroll (US)
- Functional / Techno-Functional profile
- Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM projects (implementation/enhancements/support)
- Strong functional documentation: BRD, MD50, config workbooks, test scripts/scenarios
- Strong hands-on with configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Working knowledge of integrations and cross-module dependencies (functional level)
- Comfortable working in either shift based on project need and Role Fitment
- US Shift: 6:00 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST
- EU/UK Shift: 12:00 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST
