Job Summary
Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Compensation & Benefits Functional to support end-to-end configuration, implementation, and ongoing AMS support of Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation and Benefits modules in a client-facing environment. Responsible for end-to-end configuration of compensation plans, salary components, bonus/incentive structures, eligibility profiles, workflows, budgets, and open enrollment; manage merit, promotions, and adjustments; oversee benefits lifecycle, enrollment, life events, rates, dependents, and beneficiaries; coordinate integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, and Talent; handle incidents, service requests, and enhancements; ensure adherence to regional and global compensation/benefits practices and SLAs; lead end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years hands-on experience in End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules
- Strong AMS / production support experience
- Experience in Compensation cycles & salary planning, Benefits enrollment & lifecycle management
- Experience in Fast Formulas (Comp & Benefits)
- Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent
- Ability to work independently in client-facing environments
- Configure and support Oracle Compensation & Benefits modules (end-to-end)
- Manage compensation cycles: merit, bonus, promotions, adjustment
- Support year-end cycles and continuous improvements
- Strong understanding of U.S. and global compensation practices
- Design and configure benefit plans, programs, options, and eligibility
- Open Enrollment and mid-year changes, life events
- AMS activities: incidents, service requests, enhancements, configuration
- Troubleshoot production issues & post-go-live support
- Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent
- Exposures to Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent
- Technical skills: OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts
- Knowledge of global implementations & ITIL frameworks
