Job Summary
Oracle HCM functional Absence + OTL (Time and Labor) Sr. Associate responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Absence and OTL modules. Ensures accurate time tracking, leave management, and workforce scheduling while delivering AMS support and continuous improvements. Requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Responsible for end-to-end OTL configurations, configuring time rules, managing timecards and schedules, and ensuring integration with Payroll and Core HR. Support overtime, shift differentials, and compliance, with experience in year-end and quarterly updates and global compliance. Bachelor's degree and prior AMS/Managed Services experience preferred; ITIL knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (IT/HR/Business or related)
- 6+ years of hands-on AMS experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Absence and OTL modules
- Experience with time tracking, scheduling, validation, and approvals
- Knowledge of absence policies, accruals, and entitlements
- Production support and issue resolution
- Integrations with Payroll and Core HR
- Knowledge of OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
- Global and U.S. time policies understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
