Job Summary
Lead functional delivery for Core HR and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud by conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and performing gap analysis to create solution designs. Configure workforce structures, employment flows, and person management functions while setting up accrual plans, absence types, and eligibility profiles. Support data migration activities, validate templates, and manage environment transitions from DEV to PROD. Deliver detailed documentation including configuration workbooks and test scripts while collaborating with global teams for integrated delivery. Handle multiple priorities under minimal supervision and manage customer expectations during client-facing sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- hands-on configuration + implementation experience in both modules
- Global HR processes
- Accrual plans and absence rules
- Workforce structures and HCM foundations
- Full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
- Requirement gathering and solution design
- Data migration and reconciliation
- Setup migration and environment management
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to additional modules such as Talent, Compensation, or OTL
- Understanding of cross-module interactions within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly patching and regression testing
