Job Summary
Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects for global corporations across diverse industries, leveraging HRIS expertise with Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite. Deliver consulting services while working alongside industry experts to accelerate client adoption and system configuration. Manage global rollout initiatives with a focus on Human Capital Management solutions, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders. This full-time, remote-based role includes 25-30% travel as needed. Candidates must demonstrate a history of rapid learning and a strong interest in project management, with some prior PM experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HRIS exposure/experience
- 2+ yrs experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- This is a full-time role, remote based, must be able to travel 25-30% as needed
- A demonstrated history of learning quickly, and a thirst to grow a career in Oracle Cloud HCM consulting
Desired Qualifications
- ideally with Oracle Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite
