Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, leadership, customers, and third-party vendors. Oversee deployment of customizations and enhancement requests while ensuring system development, change control standards, and compliance processes are followed. Coordinate support issues across infrastructure and application teams, and lead discovery of process improvements for continuous optimization. Manage small to large-scale projects by planning requirements, tracking schedules, monitoring budgets, and identifying risks. Collaborate with the IT Business Architect to define application roadmaps and maintain ITIL artifacts including CMDB, support KB articles, and disaster recovery documentation. Participate in system upgrades and technology expansions while preserving cybersecurity posture through regular infrastructure updates.
