Job Summary
Drive AI-First Development by embedding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate code generation and automate testing. Architect scalable financial solutions across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP, while building intelligent integrations between accounting systems and data lakes using SQL, PL/SQL, and REST/SOAP protocols. Operate with a player-coach mindset to advise executives on native AI capabilities and translate complex accounting principles into concrete, scalable technical designs. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and data engineers to compress delivery cycles and decouple business growth from manual operational overhead.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP
- Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
- Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies, breaking down technical debt into streamlined, automated processes
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Data Engineering, and Integration teams to deliver unified, automated enterprise solutions
- A relentless drive to leverage AI and platform automation to compress financial close cycles and expand operating margins
- Must be able to embed AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) into daily workflow to accelerate code generation, automate testing, and elevate delivery velocity
