Job Summary
Support Oracle ERP implementation projects by configuring systems, analyzing data, optimizing processes, and troubleshooting to maximize client investment in Oracle solutions. Execute data migrations using FBDI templates and HCM Data Loader, while integrating FIN/HCM with third-party providers via OIC and web services. Monitor application and SQL performance, write technical specs and test scripts for SIT/UAT, and manage the SDLC change management process. Lead full implementation lifecycles with a focus on performance tuning. Requires 7-10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development experience, including proficiency in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and Fusion ERP modules across Finance, SCM, and HCM domains. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science required.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud development
- strong proficiency in Oracle technologies such as OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services (SOAP/REST)
- proven ability to integrate FIN/HCM with third-party providers like ADP and Mercer
- Skilled in data migration using FBDI templates and HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Familiarity with Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and PO within Finance, SCM, and HCM domains
- Hands-on experience with AIM documentation
- writing technical specs

- Led at least 2 full implementation lifecycles in Oracle systems
- focus on application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or Computer Science
