Job Summary
Oracle Fusion Technical Senior Associate with 7-10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development experience. You will support Oracle ERP implementation projects, perform system configuration, data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting to maximize client investment in Oracle solutions. Expertise in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, OIC, and web services (SOAP/REST) with proven ability to integrate FIN/HCM with ADP/Mercer. Skilled in data migration using FBDI and HDL (and spreadsheet loaders), and familiar with Fusion ERP Architecture and modules across Finance, SCM, and HCM (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO). Experience in AIM documentation, drafting technical specs, SIT/UAT test scripts, code reviews, and SDLC/change management. Led at least 2 full Oracle implementation lifecycles, emphasizing application and SQL performance monitoring. Requires Bachelor's/Master's in IT/CS, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset with ITIL exposure. Location: India (Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur). Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud development
- Proficiency in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOAP/REST web services
- Ability to integrate FIN/HCM with third-party providers (e.g., ADP, Mercer)
- Data migration using FBDI templates and HCM Data Loader (HDL); spreadsheet loaders for data loading/conversions
- Familiarity with Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and modules GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO in Finance/SCM/HCM
- AIM documentation, writing technical specs, test scripts for SIT/UAT, code reviews, SDLC change management
- Led at least 2 full implementation lifecycles in Oracle systems
- Strong communication skills; team-oriented mindset; ITIL knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science
