Job Summary
Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with hands-on experience across ERP, SCM, and HCM modules, including OTBI/BIP reporting, REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI data loads, and UI extensions using VBCS and Oracle APEX. Responsible for end-to-end technical support, design and optimization of reports and integrations, RCA and patch validation, collaboration with functional teams, and documentation of technical specifications and support artifacts. Strong emphasis on data flow across Finance, Procurement, and HR; experience with SIT/UAT and quarterly upgrade cycles; OCI/OIC certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical support across ERP, SCM, and HCM modules
- Proficiency in OTBI report development and BI Publisher (BIP) across Finance, Procurement, and HCM
- Strong experience in integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- Hands-on expertise in FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates and data loading processes
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis, debugging, and reporting support
- Experience supporting key business processes: P2P, R2R, HCM (Core HR, Payroll or related modules)
- Experience in Oracle Fusion patch validation, regression testing, and quarterly upgrade cycles
- Exposure to production support, incident management, and service request handling
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and security architecture (RBAC, roles, privileges) across ERP, SCM, and HCM
- Experience in SIT, UAT support, and deployment activities
- Strong communication and coordination skills with Finance, SCM, and HR stakeholders
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and support artifacts
- Oracle Fusion technical certifications preferred (Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant Certification; OCI Fundamentals; OIC Certification; BI Publisher Certification)
