Job Summary
Own end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Applications, leading incident, problem, and change management processes while establishing and monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and operational scorecards. Oversee ticket backlog management and prioritization to ensure system stability during quarterly Oracle updates, while driving automation of manual processes and reporting. Lead and develop onshore and offshore functional analysts, manage third-party partners and Oracle Support relationships, and conduct independence and capability assessments. Develop executive-level dashboards tracking incident trends, ticket volumes, and automation progress, providing leadership updates on system health and risk posture. Requires 7+ years of ERP experience with 3–5 years in leadership, deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion, and strong vendor and offshore team management skills. Salary range $130,000 - $150,000.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of ERP experience
- at least 3–5 years in leadership
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion
- SCM or Manufacturing focus
- Experience managing production support in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong vendor and offshore team management experience
- Demonstrated experience establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks
- Excellent executive communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading post-implementation stabilization
