Job Summary
Oracle Fusion Manufacturing & Inventory Business Analyst needed to partner with business leaders to design scalable Oracle Cloud Fusion manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse processes; drive discovery sessions, document requirements and user stories, challenge legacy processes, and support configuration and testing activities across end-to-end supply chain functions. Responsibilities include creating BRDs and functional specs, mapping processes, enabling change during rollout, validating configurations with cross-functional teams, developing test scripts and coordinating SIT/UAT, managing Jira dashboards, and delivering training materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations or transformation work, with travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations or business transformation initiatives
- Understanding of manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Experience leading workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel 10-15% for fit/gaps or deployments
