Job Summary
Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 10+ years of HCM experience, specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Lead and support enterprise-wide HCM transformations, configure Fusion HCM modules, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and drive end-to-end implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, documentation (functional specs, config workbooks, process docs), UAT and production support, change requests, and adoption/support activities. Collaborates with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, and automation. Utilizes HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting tools; knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud is highly desirable. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training/knowledge-transfer skills to enable HR transformation and improve user experience. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) with at least 5+ years specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Time & Labor, Payroll, and Compensation modules
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements
- Deep understanding of HR business processes, workforce lifecycle management, talent acquisition, and employee experience
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting frameworks
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle integrations, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable
- Experience with Redwood UI and modern Oracle HCM user experiences
- Exposure to AI-driven HR solutions, automation, and emerging technologies is an added advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business users, HR teams, and technical stakeholders
