Job Summary
Lead functional implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Redwood UI, and Core HR modules. Design and enable Redwood-based UI transformations, configure workforce structures and legal entities, and manage absence types and accrual plans for applicable roles. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and prepare BRD, FSD, and SIT/UAT documentation while supporting data migration via HDL and FBDI. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, perform quarterly patch impact analysis, and manage setup changes across environments. Support stakeholders in UK/EU time zones. Remote/hybrid role with 3-month contract duration; immediate joiner required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ yrs
- Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Redwood UI Framework
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- 5–10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional experience
- At least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Security roles
- Strong understanding of Business objects
- Strong understanding of HCM workflows
- Strong understanding of Configuration and personalization
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- UK / EU Time Zone availability
