Job Summary
Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionalities. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications. Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports. Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. Travel to Saudi Arabia as required for onsite project support and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Oracle HCM experience
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence)
- Experience in data migration and system integration
- Functional requirements analysis and documentation
- User training and UAT
- Onsite travel readiness (Saudi Arabia)
- Graduation / MBA
