Job Summary
Conduct Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and production support across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits modules. Manage Workforce Deployment, HCM Data Loader migrations, and data extraction using Oracle SQL, BI Publisher, and OIC integrations. Execute CRP/SIT/UAT testing, develop Redwood UI and VBCS enhancements, and resolve issues via SOAP/REST web services. Requires 13+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional expertise.
