Oracle Fusion Functional Lead for a Top-Tier Lighting Manufacturer

Hybrid Oracle Fusion Functional Lead – SCM & Finance to serve as onsite functional owner for Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules, partnering with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT to ensure Fusion supports day-to-day operations and scalable processes. Lead requirements definition, solution validation, user acceptance testing, and production support with offshore delivery coordination. Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications, validate offshore configurations, support period-end close, and coordinate release planning and post-release stabilization. Ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics, act as escalation point for production issues, and communicate priorities to offshore resources. Oracle Fusion Module Coverage includes Inventory Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Bills of Material/Manufacturing, Order Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets with basic functional support; experience with CPQ, WMS, or eCommerce integrations is preferred. This role is based at headquarters in Carson, CA (hybrid three days per week).
